Candidiasis (Candida Albicans) is a fungal infection caused by an overgrowth of a type of yeast that lives on/in all of our bodies. In small amounts it is healthy. However, a candida overgrowth infection can leave you feeling unwell and not able to lose body fat, especially around your waist.
