There’s a link between all of these and it often comes down to their food choices. Inflammatory food consumption (like wheat, pasteurized dairy and sugar) can all heighten these emotions or feelings.
We have seen it many times, when a parent comes into our online nutrition program. They see the impact certain foods have on their bodies and how this reflects in how they feel throughout the day.
When we clean up a client’s diet, they often comment on:
