The Furious 5 and the affect they have:
- WHEAT – Increases inflammation, weakens the immune system, disrupts hormonal balance and causes weight gain.
- DAIRY – Unless you’re a blond with blue eyes, you simply do not have the gene required to break down cow’s dairy. Dairy adds mucus to your gut and feeds yeast. This increases bad gut microbes, causes period issues, increases inflammation and disrupts many hormones. Dairy is also linked to acne, eczema and other skin challenges.
- SUGAR – Increases blood pressure and inflammation. Plus causes fatty liver, weight gain and Insulin Resistance.
- SOY – Elevates Estrogen levels and disrupts the Thyroid.
- CORN – The most genetically modified food on the planet. Your liver is not able to break it down, it weakens your immune system, spikes blood sugar and is filled with toxins.
The human body has not developed, changed or adapted as quickly as manufactured foods have today.
A lot of the ‘fast foods’ available today, simply can not be broken down by the human body. This is creating an array of health challenges that have become far too common today.
Gut/digestive and skin issues, sleep challenges, inability to lose weight, constipation, ect. often come down to our lifestyle habits and the foods we eat (or don’t eat).
Take action today at improving your health and lingering symptoms by removing The Furious 5 foods from your diet. If cutting it all out at one time is too much, work on eliminating one thing at a time.
